INTRODUCING “BABES IN BELTS”

Babes in Belts logo

One of the fastest growing sectors in the construction industry is Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs). These forms, which are modular blocks made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) are used to build concrete walls, floors, and ceilings, for both residential and commercial applications (above and below ground).

We encourage women to attend, as ICFs are lightweight and easy to build with.

What?

* Footing Preparation
* Demonstration of Basics
* Above and Below Grade Applications
* Installation of Electrical and Plumbing
* Code Application
* Waterproofing
* Multi-Story Applications
* Interior and Exterior Wall Finishes

  1. Hello Steve,
    Thank you so much from both of us for posting Babes In Belts.

    The June 15th workshop was a huge success. Over 70 people attended, and we have that number again for the July 14th workshop, which is now CLOSED. Obviously, we just had to create another one.

    The THIRD Logix workshop is scheduled for July 27th.

    Our best,
    D and M

    HI, As someone who has already built a garage out of insulated concrete forms and has been to other icf workshops I can honestly say that Diane and Melinda (and George) have presented the best I have seen. I highly recommend it .
