SHE’S BACK…….
Former Yelm Drew Harvey Theater Director Nancy Hillman has returned to the area. For 10 years, Nancy directed memorable and noteworthy musicals and plays that utilized the talent in our community. People were drawn to the Yelm area from as far away as Seattle, Puyallup, Tacoma, Olympia & Lacey’s Panorama City sending busloads to a lunch at Arnold’s and a matinee.

Though the Mayor and City Council turned a deaf ear to Nancy’s requests to consider a community-supported theater beyond her efforts at the Drew, Hillman did not stop in her quest to bring the delightful artistic talents of our neighbors to the whole community. Seeing young children and teens shine and develop stage presence in front of the public was certainly a gift and jewel for our town.

Now, Nancy returns to Yelm in Seasoned Readings Presents Time Flies, the first of many nights of laughter as she & her team bring us a collection of short-plays by David Ives.

Yelm’s Blue Bottle is the place that will host Nancy along with Dave Champagne, Joel Derefield, Melissa Derefield, Ted Fredericks, Anne Schuchmann, Galen Wicks, Patrick Wigren, & Mandi Wickline.
