YELM ART WALK THIS WEEKEND – RAINIER HOSTS FIRST ART WALK

May 12-17, 2009

Musicians, poetry readings, hands-on art workshops and local visual artists work on display in Yelm business locations all week. Art Walk featured gallery reception & silent auction on Sat. May 16th at Schafer Gallery Art and Frame, 104 Yelm Ave. E., 5-7 pm.

AND IN RAINIER

The Center for Creative Arts is very excited to announce the hosting of the first annual ARTwalk in Rainier, WA. This CELEBRATION WEEKEND is May 15th, 16th, and 17th. Admission is free!

Friday Night May 15th:

6:30 pm Mas Uda Belly Dancers
7:30 pm Tamborine Borrelli- Bluesy singer/songwriter
8:10 pm Juggling Troupe
8:40 pm Eclipse blues, pop/rock featuring Tod Lemkhul, Micheal Harrison, and Lead guitarist Aaron McLain
Fire Breathers @Dusk.

We are also featuring local artists, and vendors sharing their wares.
This evening will include wine, beer, and food available for purchase. An evening for the whole family!!
