Yes, as an adult, that is true.
The Prosecutor says the law has not caught-up in dealing with this type of thing yet & he has to enforce the laws as written.

What is this country coming to in destroying these two teen’s lives?
Sex offenders for the rest of their lives!
Come on, can’t we do better than this?
What kid hasn’t done something similar, or worst!
