LATEST EVER RECORDED FOR YEAR’S FIRST 70 DEGREE DAY

“The National Weather Service is forecasting a warm weekend in Washington.”

“The temperature could climb into the upper 70s Saturday at Sea-Tac Airport. The Weather Service says that would be the latest date on record for the temperature breaking 72 degrees at Sea-Tac. The previous late date was June 7, 1955,” quoting The Olympian.

The high temperature reached 78 at Olympia Regional Airport.
