New medical park coming to Yelm

Yelm Family Medicine,
RDS1, LLC of Olympia,
and Providence Health & Services Southwest Washington broke ground for construction of a 36,000-square-foot medical office building and surrounding medical park in Yelm in April.

The site for this new medical campus, Eagle Plaza, is located on the corner of Highway 510 and Tahoma Boulevard (part of the new Killion Road extension). The $9.3 million building will allow Yelm Family Medicine to expand its practice and provide after-hours care. Providence will bring specialty services to the growing community, including diagnostic imaging and clinical space for sub-specialty physicians.

The building also will house PACLAB,
Apple Physical Therapy,
Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates,
a pharmacy and caf.
This partnership will be a major benefit for patients and physicians,with less time spent traveling out of town for diagnostics and specialty services, says Kirk Dawson, D.O., of Yelm Family Medicine.
We are bringing new medical services closer to home and expanding our care for the growing community.
Construction is scheduled for completion February 2011.
