Mrs. Washington Pageant winner for 2010 Carla Richards was unable to attend Yelm’s Christmas-in-the-Park last week, however had this to say on her website about her stand-ins:

“Mrs. Pacific Northwest (Lisa Bluhm) and Mrs. Thurston County (Dionne Tarter) did a great job representing both their titles and the Mrs. Washington Pageant by being apart of such a fun tradition for the City of Yelm.”

All of the 2010 Christmas-in-the-Park participants were thrilled to have Mrs. Pacific Northwest & Mrs. Thurston County join us this year for our annual Christmas festivities.
