The Business Examiner reported yesterday that November sales & prices took a dive in November in Thurston County.
“In Thurston County, sales fell from 277 during November 2009 to 220 last month [a 20.6% drop].
The median price was off by 4.4 percent, from $225,000 to $215,000.”
Did Yelm cut their budget enough to take into account the dropping home sales & prices drop, which determine sales and property tax revenue to the city?
HMMM….
