“Yelm is getting into the holiday spirit with its annual Christmas in the Park parade and celebration next weekend.
Saturdays event is free to the public and includes craft activities, a gingerbread house contest, photos with Santa, performance by school choirs and the community tree lighting.
The event starts at 9:30 a.m. with a parade and ends with the tree lighting at 5:30 p.m. at Yelm City Park.”
