COUNTY’S CRITICAL AREAS ORDINANCE
PUBLIC HEARING
SATURDAY, DEC. 10

From Go Thurston!

“The Thurston County Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on revisions to the Critical Areas Ordinance (CAO), which hasn’t been updated since 1994.

It is imperative that the community speak up in support of this much needed revision.

People are welcome to speak at the hearing by signing the sign-in sheet. They will then be assigned a number designating when they will be called up to speak.

See draft chapters of the reivsed CAO on the County’s CAO Website.

IF someone cant speak at the hearing, they are encouraged to send in their written comments
by email to Andrew Deffobis, Associate Planner.
The county is accepting written public comments from November 18th until 5 pm on December 23rd.”
