KUDOS GO TO PUGET SOUND ENERGY (PSE)

From Puget Sound Energy (PSE):
“Crews have been and will continue to work around the clock until every customer is restored. More than 250 power line crews are in the region to repair damages to the electric system and bring power back on. Counting the crews, crew coordinators, damage assessors and support staff, nearly 2,000 people are assisting the restoration effort.”

“We know this has been very difficult for everyone who lost power during this storm. We very much appreciate your patience and the support and kindness that have been shown to the hundreds of PSE people in the field as well as the hundreds of men and women who have come from other utilities and other states to help us repair the damage.”

Ed. Note:
Puget Sound Energy deserves our praise and acknowledgement!
Their personnel have been stellar during these challenging outages.
The online updates have been frequent, informative and reassuring.

  1. The people taking calls were as polite as ever, but didn’t have any information to give out whatsoever. PSE overall has never been so poor at communicating what to expect and when. The website, if you could get online, didn’t even list our area anywhere, and the phone reps just repeated the same story that they were sorry and thank you for your patience.
