“Dairy Business Hit With Lawsuit After Parents Claim Child Suffered From E. Coli”

“In response to a lawsuit filed by a Yelm family against her dairy farm, Tenino’s Cozy Vale Creamery owner Laurie Barta is speaking out.
‘There’s a huge push right now against (raw milk),” she said. “I’m not the only little dairy that has gone through this.”

FINALLY word is getting out on the facts of this story! I wrote the a comment on the NVN’s online sotry on this Tuesday, which was finally posted this morning:
“Cozy Vale owner Laurie Barta issued a public statement Jan. 9th with these facts verified by the WSDA:
“There never was any ecoli found in our milk product. They did not find any ecoli in any of the milk samples taken. And the WSDA sampled over 36 seperate (sic) containers of milk… They tested the milk that the sick person drank from, no ecoli found. When my facility was swabbed down, they did not find ecoli anywhere that the milk would be.”
