“A 25-year-old man is accused of burning down his mother’s house in Yelm early this morning after a dispute with her turned violent, according to the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office.

Thurston County Sheriff’s Lt. Greg Elwin said the man was taken into custody today after he set the home in the 14000 block of 130th Lane SE in Yelm on fire.

The home was a total loss, Elwin said.”
