The AP is reporting:
“YELM, Wash. The Thurston County Sheriff’s office says a partially decomposed body of an adult female has been discovered near state Route 507.

Lt. Greg Elwin says investigators are treating the death as suspicious because the body was found in the bushes.

A motorist who had car trouble discovered the body while walking a dirt road and reported it at about noon Tuesday.

Elwin says the body was found east of the Nisqually Reservation and northwest of Yelm.”

“Body found near Yelm WA is missing Tacoma woman”

“The Thurston County coroner says a body found off a highway near Yelm, Wash., has been identified as a 53-year-old Tacoma woman missing since mid-May.”

“Rita Catherine Kagawa is being investigated as a homicide. Wood says his office has a person of interest.

Kagawa was reported missing by her family on May 20,” quoting the AP in the Seattle Times.
