Yelm Public Safety Building & City Council Chambers

Since this is an even year, there are no Yelm City Council seats up for election.
However, in 2013, there will be four Council seats and the Mayor’s position on the ballot:

– Mayor Pro-tem Bob Isom
– Mike McGowan
– Tracey Wood
– Russ Hendrickson
– Mayor Ron Harding

As has been observed in Yelm for several years, the mayor and city council candidates mostly run unopposed. Will any of the Yelm public step-up in 2013 to run against these incumbents to serve
their community?
