Alexander, Wilcox invite residents to legislative town hall meetings this Saturday

From Washington House Republicans:
“Second District constituents are invited to three town hall meetings on Saturday, March 16 with their representatives, Gary Alexander and J.T. Wilcox.

The meetings will be held throughout the day:

10-11 a.m.: Graham Fire Station #4, 23014 70th Avenue E, Graham

1:30-2:30 p.m.: Lacey Fire Station #34, 8407 Steilacoom Road SE, Lacey

3:30-4:30 p.m.: Yelm Public Safety Building, 206 McKenzie Avenue SE, Yelm

‘Im looking forward to hearing citizen input at our town halls,’ said Alexander, R-Olympia. ‘There are a lot of issues that were dealing with in the Legislature that can have an impact on peoples lives. Hearing our constituents thoughts and ideas on various issues helps us make the difficult decisions that need to be made in Olympia.’

There is no RSVP required to attend any of the town halls.

‘I always enjoy face-to-face communication with the people I represent,’ said Wilcox, R-Yelm. ‘Hosting town halls is an important continuation of a time-honored tradition of people getting together to solve the issues of their day. I hope people bring great questions and ideas to solve the issues of our day.’
