“Stolen Horse in Yelm, Wash., is found, thief charged with felony”
“On Wednesday, Apr. 10, 2013, the Washington State Livestock Coalition reported that a stolen horse has finally been recovered and her thief has been charged with a felony.
On Mar. 20, the Coalition reported that the gruella Quarter Horse mare, named Hellfire, had been stolen from a boarding facility in the Yelm area of Thurston County, Wash. A man posing as law enforcement seized the Quarter Horse during the evening hours of Friday, Mar. 15.”
“An arrest was made today [April 10] when the horse was located at a boarding and training facility in Thurston County. Following an investigation with the boarding facility, the Thurston County Sheriffs Office arrested Caitlyn Danae Kennedy, charging her with theft of livestock in the 1st degree and criminal conspiracy, ” quoting Tracy Campion in the Examiner.com.
