I would like to let you know, that I have scheduled two of my most visited wild-Shops for November as well as brand new class on how to make liquid soaps and shampoos.
Saturday, November 2nd, 2 pm to 5pm,
Cheese making for beginners
We will cover the basics of soft cheese making and will be making Feta cheese (from goats milk) and get familiar will making chevre and quark (samples included) class will be limited to 6 participants and will last 3 to 4 hours. Each participant will take home some of their self-made goats cheese.
Cost $ 35 per person, material included.
Saturday, November 16th, 2 pm to 5pm,
Getting wild with fermenting your own food
We will cover the basics of food fermentation and will make sauerkraut, kimchi and more. This is a fun class with lot’s of tasting and hands on in the kitchen.Class will last approx. 3 hours . Each participant will take home some of their self-made fermenting creations.
Cost $ 30 per person, samples included; $3 for some ingredients.
When you sign up you will get a list of what to bring.
Saturday, November 23rd, 2 pm to 5pm,
Liquid soaps and shampoos
This time you learn how to make liquid soaps as well as shampoos and more.Class will last approx. 3 hours. Each participant will take home some liquid soap as well as some shampoo.
Cost $ 30 per person ,plus materials.

Going into the Holiday season I want to let you know that gift-certificates for a Wild-Shop can be a fun way to make a present. I also offer Wild-Shops for private groups and can come to your home and set up a class of your choice. Another great idea is to start your private party with a wine making class with your guests (Hard cider or Mead). We would come and bring all the materials and supplies for this unique celebration.
