Wilcox feed mill silo collapses

KING-5 TV News in Seattle reports:
“A Washington feed mill where a silo collapsed while two men were doing maintenance on it was cited earlier this year for six serious safety violations.”
“Records released Tuesday by the state Department of Labor and Industries show the mills owner, Wilcox Family Farms, was assessed a $10,000 penalty after a June review.”
“Inspectors cited the company for having inadequate rescue services around a corn tank, and for failing to fully inform employees of the hazardous conditions.”
