Thurston County CrimeStoppers

“Recycle, shred fundraising event will benefit Thurston County CrimeStoppers”

Olympia Thurston County CrimeStoppers will host a ‘3-in-one’ event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 26, at the grand staircase, at Saint Martin’s University, 5300 Pacific Ave. SE, in Lacey.

The service is free, although donations to CrimeStoppers will be gratefully accepted.

According to a press release from Thurston County CrimeStoppers, services available include:

Area residents can drop off documents to be shredded on site – no businesses please.

Computer and electronic devices can be dropped off for proper recycling, including: Laptops, computers, keyboards, mice, printers, TVs, cell phones and other small devices (No household appliances).

Donations of new or gently used books, CDs and DVDs will be accepted on behalf of the Friends of the Lacey Timberland Library,” quoting The Olympian.
