From Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates:
“We would like to invite you to attend the Yelm Community Health Fair, located at the Yelm Medical Plaza on June 25th from 10-3pm. It would be a great honor to have your group attend this fun event.

The event is prepared with the intention to inform the local community of different providers and health care professionals that are available within the Yelm area. This will be an outstanding opportunity for us to show appreciation of your support, but at the same time to promote health and wellness within the community.
