Cell phone radiation dangers exposed –
dovetails with info on local cell tower proposals

With the recent dangers of cell tower radiation presented by local citizens in the wake of an AT&T proposed Bald Hills cell tower near the Clearwood Community, the following stories also highlight cell phone radiation issues:

The new book by Martin Blank, Ph.D., an expert on the health-related effects of electromagnetic fields:

– Precaution or Paranoia? Berkeley May Require Cancer Warning Stickers for Cell Phones
Just as the world supply of mobile phones is reaching one unit for every human being on Earth, here comes Berkeley, with a warning: These things could be hazardous to your health.

Under a proposed city ordinance, every new mobile phone sold in town would carry a sticker advising that the World Health Organization has deemed transmissions from cell phones a possible cause of brain cancer. Berkeley could become the first city in the United States to require such a warning, but the ordinance will likely face a formidable legal challenge, by Sabin Russell, Cal Alumni Assn., UC Berkeley.
