“Bill Funk, 70, the father, was a career firefighter in California and Nevada before he sold insurance; his wife, Marilyn Zuckerman, who actually got him into the business, sold books; Funks daughter, Ronelle, has a masters degree in counseling; and his son, Vince, was a horse jockey for about 25 years.
Now, theyre all selling insurance, except for Bill, who is winding down a 26-year career, and Marilyn, who is trying to sell her book of business at her Olympia office.”
“Ronelle, meanwhile, is taking over Bills former office on College Street in Lacey she also has an office in Yelm while Vince and his wife, Debbie, run Allstate offices in Lacey and Aberdeen,” quoting Rolf Boone, The Olympian.
