– Thurston County Board of Commissioners public meeting March 17, 2015, 5:30pm @ Rainier City Hall,
, 102 Rochester St. West, Rainier, Washington. This notice is required because the meeting is held outside its regularly scheduled place.

The purpose of the meeting is to hold a public hearing to hear public comment on the application of the City of Rainier for a nonexclusive franchise to construct and maintain a water distribution system within Thurston County rights-of-way.

The public is invited to attend the hearing and to present oral and written comments. A decision may be made on the application by the Board of County Commissioners after the public hearing.
