Olympia Regional Airport’s reporting station of the National Weather Service (NWS) noted rainfall records for any March 14 and 15:
March 14, 2015, single day rainfall total = 1.29 inches
March 15, 2015, single day rainfall total = 2.08 inches, breaking the previous March 15 record of 1.33 inches recorded in 1997.
