On Friday, January 20, 2017, Thurston County Superior Court Judge Carol Murphy rejected Glen Morgan’s request for dismissal of a lawsuit against his negative election campaign robocalls about Democratic candidates, which displayed false caller-ID numbers associated with the Democratic Party or its individual members. The Court ruled that Morgan violated federal law. The timing of Morgan’s school board resignation coincides with the court’s decision, as he now has to gear-up for a court case.
