YBA’s 2015 proposal to name the Community Center for the Wolf Family moves forward

– City of Yelm Public Notice:
The Yelm City Council would like your feedback before it takes action on a proposal to name the new community center at 301 2nd Street “the Wolf Family Community Center”. The Yelm Business Association has made the proposal to honor the Wolfe family [first presented to the city council in June 2015], a long time local family with a tradition of service to the community. Before deciding on the proposal, the City Council would like the community’s feedback on the proposed name and any alternatives that should be considered. You may submit your comments on the proposal by emailing webmaster@ci.yelm.wa.us, by using the comment form at www.ci.yelm.wa.us, or through the City’s Facebook page @CityofYelmWA.

Yelm Looking for Public Input on Naming Community Center
The Yelm City Council is accepting public comment about naming the Yelm Community Center.
The Yelm Business Association proposed naming the community center after the Wolf family, because of their long history of benefiting the Yelm community.
