– Editor’s Note:
The City of Yelm continues to develop Food Truck regulations as proposed by the Yelm Business Assn. (YBA).
– From the Washington State Food Truck Association:
“Washington’s first ‘Food Truck Lobby Day’ in Olympia will be held on Thursday, April 13th. This new event will incorporate a long line of food trucks and trailers parked at the state capitol to introduce all of our legislators, staff, lobbyists, and more to the greatness of food truck owners as passionate culinary artists. Mobile food vending continues to grow as an industry here in Washington and this community has real issues to still be addressed. This is such a great opportunity for food truck owners to meet their legislative representatives in person and show them we are an important small business industry growing in their communities. We hope to mirror the popularity of beef and potato day! This new event is being hosted by the Washington State Food Truck Association.’
When: Thursday, April 13 at 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM PDT
Where: 215 Sid Snyder Ave SW, Olympia
