Weather record of 98 degrees set today – ties hottest June day ever!

– First high-temperature record of the summer recorded June 25
Olympia Regional Airport, closest official weather service station to Yelm (16 miles), broke the high temperature record for any June 25th. Today’s high of 98 (36.7 C.) broke the former record high of 90 degrees set in 2006. This also ties the hottest recorded temperature for ANY June date, the 98 degrees originally broke June record highs on June 25, 1982.

As I see it: A Commentary –
Yelm’s 1st UFO Fest in perspective

* Yelm’s first UFO Fest will be July 28-30,
* NVN co-sponsors JZ Knight & UFOFest speaker headliners after decades of ridicule,
* The UFO phenomenon now becomes mainstream news here,
* Is a profit motive a contributing factor for the newspaper’s about-face?
* Ride the wave – McMinnville, Oregon’s UFOFest is 2nd largest in the nation,
* RSE & Yelm have been known in the worldwide UFO/spiritual community since 1988,
* Yelm could have had the #1 UFOFest the last 2 decades if embraced then,
* The city of Yelm now embracing UFO knowledge 3 decades later is a breath of fresh air.

On May 18, 2017, I was quite taken-aback to read the Nisqually Valley News,
Editor/Publisher Michael Wagar initiating the first-ever UFOFest and Cosmic Symposium in Yelm. Afterall, Wagar’s first question upon visiting the campus of Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment (RSE) when he was appointed here was about the copper-topped concrete wall-posts on Knight’s property keeping all of the lizards at bay. How absurd! I was the tour guide and remember that day well.

Yelm’s first UFO Fest will be Fri., July 28, 3pm-midnight, Sat., July 29, 10am-3pm, Sun., July 30
at Prairie Park, 414 Yelm Ave. E., with Cosmic Symposium speaker events held at The Triad Theater.

I am so elated that the whole UFO phenomenon is now mainstream news here,
yet I find interesting how times change when a profit-motive is foreseen. The inspiration from McMinnville, Oregon’s 18 year run of what is billed as the 2nd largest American UFOFest garnering 30,000 visitors annually has dollar-signs of potential dancing in local organizers’ minds, as Wagar professed on May 18: “Through our three papers and a tourism magazine, we’ll reach about 250,000 readers in Southwest Washington.”
After-all, only 4 years ago this week, Wagar’s Nisqually Valley News headlines proclaimed:
“Psychic calls Ramtha School of Enlightenment a ‘cult,’ UFO expert ‘nuts’”
and now both Knight and UFO expert Gilliland are headliners in the newspaper’s co-sponsored UFO extravaganza, and that psychic the NVN touted is deceased. One wonders how large Yelm’s UFO Fest would be today if started almost 2 decades ago, like Oregon’s. City leaders and the newspaper never really embraced and exploited the fine asset in their midst – RSE, until now.
WOW! How things change!
JZ Knight is now heralded as the newspaper’s co-sponsored event asset!

I moved to Yelm almost 29 years ago and during that time any mention of UFO’s associated with knowledge emanating from RSE was so perverted and convoluted from the local newspaper. Now, such a light-hearted and wonderful event is planned for Yelm’s first UFOFest, co-sponsored by The Triad Theater and the Nisqually Valley News, backed by the newspaper’s parent Lafromboise Newspapers.
My, oh my, evolution!

That Yelm is coming around to embrace UFOs 3 decades later is a breath of fresh air, especially as RSE & Yelm have been known in the worldwide spiritual community since 1988 as the seat of landmark teachings and knowledge about aliens in our midst. Further, RSE has hosted on their Yelm campus some of the most UFO renowned scientists, historians, researchers, journalists, and an international internet radio show host, and Army Colonel associated with the Roswell incident. Yet, no official from city hall ever came when invited to these lectures and no reporter from the NVN was ever assigned for those events.

Bottom line:
I am now assured that if we hang-around long enough and detractors use the profit motive, things really do change. If you can’t beat ’em, join ’em, eh?
Mr. Wagar, I give you fair warning: you must grow a thick-skin from your newspaper’s weekly ‘Finding Reason’ columnist pastor and the minions he directs in discrediting your project here, yet this will be the first of many events which will uplift our community into the future. You MUST be firm in ‘Finding Reason’ to counter his ensuing assault. Yet events drawing thousands of visitors and attention here are an economic boon for the newspaper and Yelm, which Mayor Foster sees and heartily underscores in his enthusiasm for this symposium. All-ways keep in-mind: It’s about the future!

Seattle P-I’s Blog ‘The Military Wire’ on The BluRoom® – invented in Yelm

The Blu Room®

– The Blu Room® is available to the public in Yelm at The U Wellness Center.

And in Olympia at the Absolute Health Clinic:

– “When the Pills Don’t Help: Finding Your Way-Forward”
“The Blu Room is a patent pending technology that shields you from the outside world and wraps you in an atmosphere of soft ultraviolet light. Since your brain isn’t busy responding to the stimulus of the everyday environment, your mind is free to relax or hold a relaxed state of focus without distractions.

Sounds like a tanning bed, right? I was an absolute skeptic. Walking into the Blu Room reminded me of walking into a Miami Vice club scene – mirrors, lights…and it’s blue. I took my place on the bed, which is similar to a chiropractic table, removed all my distractive devices (watch, phone, ring, etc), and proceeded to engage in the experience – aka, my short nap.”

“What convinced me that this could very well be more than just an effective solution for those looking to achieve deep relaxation and significant increases in Vitamin D3 was my conversations with Dale and Dave.

After starting their Blue Room experiences, they both experienced transformational changes – not over night, of course, but over a rather short period of time. Relief from physical pain, relief from mental stress and anxiety, improved overall focus – all these and a few other areas of their lives – were improving.

Sure, some of this is anecdotal, and one could argue that if you believe something is working then in fact, it could very well be working…much like a placebo.

But over 40,000 users worldwide are describing similar impacts. Under the supervision of a physician, patients with the following conditions have found benefit from their Blu Room experiences: Cancer: breast, meningioma, lymphoma, prostate, bladder, colon, uterine, squamous cell. Pain: back, hips, knee, neck, shoulder, headache, ankle, foot, stomach, spinal stenosis, cervix.”

“Bottom line: the Blu Room beats being “over-medicated” and may in fact be a solution, much like it is for Dale and Dave. Over 40,000 individuals have reported a wide range of personal benefits – and I do know that I benefited from my short 20-minute session.

My encouragement to all those skeptics is to check it out.

For the month of July, the inventor has offered two free Blu Room sessions per week for any active military or veterans with a diagnosis of PTSD and who would like to try the Blu Room experience. Please contact terris@bluroom.com or call 360.458.5224.

Those diagnosed with PTSD have also reported vast improvements,” by Michael Schindler, Seattle P-I Blog, ‘The Military Wire’.

“More than 1,500 dairy cows embarked on a long voyage Friday from the Pacific Northwest to Vietnam.”

This latest shipment from Olympia involved 1,634 head on a specialized livestock carrier named the Angus Express. The voyage to Nghi Son Port in Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, is scheduled to take close to three weeks.”

“Before loading, the herd was held for observation at an export quarantine farm near Yelm, Washington [Schorno Agri-Business]. There, veterinarians held back any animals that showed signs of illness or disease,” by Tom Bans, Northwest News Network.
