- Council candidate Blair said today he did not drop out of the campaign.
“There seems to have been some confusion regarding my campaign. I am NOT dropping out. That post was simply meant to inform everyone that I would be taking some time to focus on some personal family matters.
“I am still running. I will still be on the ballot.
“If you EVER have any questions, feel free to reach out to me through Facebook or email electjamesblair@gmail.com, posted July 15 on Facebook.
“Due to personal reasons, effective immediately I am suspending campaign activities.
“I apologize to anyone I am letting down. My name will still be on the ballot. I still have the same passion for our town. However, I must commit 100% of my attention at home at this time. Pending results of the Primary, I will update you all on how I will be moving forward.
“Best of luck to EJ Curry for Yelm City Council and Lanakila Washington YELM City Council, Position 1, 2019 in August!”
