Fire Mountain Farms withdraws Determination of Non-Significance for sludge dumping!

“Your generous donations have stopped the Department of Ecology-supported dumping of contaminated sewage sludge just off Bald Hills Road outside of Yelm. Yesterday [Oct. 8] they withdrew their Determination of Non-Significance for this dangerous proposal. My assessment of this citizen victory is that it was due to the unrelenting public pressure organized by PreserveTheCommons. The final nail in the coffin was hammered in by our legal firm, Ziontz Chestnut and their remarkable lawyer, Wyatt Golding.” Read more
