“No War With Iran: Day of Action [January 9th]”
- Editor’s note: Whether you agree with the President or not, this march is to let the President and Congress know that we do not want our family, neighbors and friends coming home in coffins or body bags! Those of us who were alive during the Viet Nam War remember those nightly scenes! Congress MUST take command of their Constitutional responsibility and agree that the President can not go to war without a veto-proof Congressional War Declaration!

“Alarming news broke that Iran has launched an attack on the American al-Asad air base in Iraq in response to Donald Trump’s reckless, illegal provocations. News is continuing to develop, but it’s already clear that the following [nationwide march] has become even more important.”

By deploying more troops to the region, he is visibly creating a war footing. Iraq has asked the USA to leave. Iranians who were protesting their gov’t have now been unified with their gov’t to protest ours. He’s not made us safer at all. We must make it known we want NO WAR WITH IRAN.
