Dear Friends,

I have launched a blog. The About Us page that more or less defines the content. I hope you visit the site. And I hope you like it. If not, then so be it. Feel free to join the discussion by leaving comments and stay updated by subscribing to the RSS feed.

This site is my opportunity to vent my opinions concerning a multitude of events both past and current. Often times I find myself talking back to the television to some idiocy that I perceive to be asinine (in my opinion). I decided to express my rants to the world of the internet. I really don’t mind if the world hears my rants or not. I am not a Socialist nor am I a Capitalist, but some where in between. I am sure that some of my views will irk some of my friends, even my closest ones. I will let the chips fall where they may. I just try to live by the Golden Rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.”

I cherish my personal liberty but I abhor the plight of the ill and of the impoverished. I also detest the misuse and abuse of power. I attempt to be as factual as possible by showing the sources I have used to come to my opinions and conclusions.   Since I like to read I will occasionally throw in a book review. If there is a link from it to a third party know that if you buy the book I will receive a commission.
