“We discussed a proposal for restructured water rates today [Oct. 8] in the Yelm Public Works Committee which I serve on. I can’t go into complete details until the rest of the City Council and the Mayor have seen it but I wanted to update folks on some of the big components of it. To be clear, this is a proposal and has not been discussed or voted on by council.”
