Culp may be correct in what he is saying. Check out this article regarding national election.

Interesting that we have heard nothing from the Trump Campaign about any “stolen votes” in Washington State, certainly not the 550,000 difference in which Culp was defeated. Culp has also NOT presented any evidence of what he claims are “voting irregularities,” only accusations.
