At the DePinto election results party, DePinto said:
“My first priority as mayor is to meet with staff and those that take care of the city. I am not the overlord here. This is the people’s government for the community. I want to hear what they think is good and what needs some improvement. There are alot of serious things we need to take care of.
“This is OUR town. This is OUR time. I thank everyone for their support.”
