“GREAT NEWS!! After weeks of number crunching, our amazing team of finance and public services folks, especially Finance Director Stephanie Dice and Public Services Director Cody Colt, determined that we will NOT have to raise rates to build the huge new Water Reclamation Facility (WRF, aka the sewer system). We lowered water rates by $20 a few months ago, so this is a huge win for every Yelm utility customer. A $20M+ system for no additional dollars from citizens is amazing.”
