3 honor students at Rainier High School share Valedictorian Awards
Rainier High School’s Senior Class has shared Valedictorian Awards between 3 honor students: Selena Niemi, Faith Boesch, and Jeremiah Nubbe. They have been friends since attending Rainier Elementary School.
Jeremiah Nubbe committed to the University of Texas on a full scholarship. He recently broke the state discus record. “PREP ZONE: Rainier High senior breaks state discus record” See the story from KING-5 TV News.
Faith Boesch will be going to the U.S. Air Force Academy on a scholarship.
Selena Rose Niemi is going to Stanford on a full scholarship. She holds the record for the highest SAT score (1570) ever @ Rainier HS. Selena applied to 12 colleges and was accepted at each one. She pared the list to Harvard or Stanford, finally choosing Stanford. Reportedly, she is the first Rainier High School student to have ever been accepted at Stanford.
