Thurston County Auditor Mary Hall invites the public to the 2013 Swearing In Ceremony.

Location: Minnaert Center for the Arts at South Puget Sound Community College

Auditor Mary Hall will host for this years event. The program will begin with the presentation of colors by the Thurston County Color Guard. State Senator Karen Fraser will be the keynote speaker. Oaths of Office will be administered by Auditor Mary Hall who will also present Certificates of Election to the newly elected officials. Special Guest Washington Congressman Denny Heck will provide closing remarks.

Elected officials from South Sound cities, towns, fire districts, school districts and the Port of Olympia have been invited to participate in the event, including Yelm’s mayor and 4 City Council members, all who ran for their seats unopposed.
