The Yelm Community Blog acknowledges the work of the Yelm Amateur Radio Group (YARG), as they will be one of our community’s assets for news, information and communication in an emergency. This group is now even more important in light of the Paris attacks yesterday, the recent Chile earthquake where a similar-type event prediction has been made for our area, and significant weather impacts, as with last summer’s record fire season.
