“At the City Council Meeting Tuesday evening [March 28] the City of Yelm recognized the Yelm Police Officer and Reserve Officer of the Year. Officer Joel Turner was recognized as our Officer of the Year and Joseph Rivera was recognized as our Reserve Officer of the Year.
